During its restoration we have maintained the existing characteristics of the old farmhouse, terracotta floors and rafters, and brought out the warmth of the ancient rural lifestyle. The biggest house ha been converted into three apartments each one with fireplace. Next to it, there is the Granaio, a small house with a fireplace which has been restored as single apartamem for 2/3 people. The Botraccio is the ideal location for a group of people who are lookin for relax and privacy, also, because it has a private swimming pool with a beatiful view on surrounding valleys.
PROPERTY "CERRETELLO"
It is a old farmhouse where the farmers of the ancient rural estate used to live. It has been beautifully restored and converted into 6 apartments in typically Tuscan rustic style with terracotta floors and beamed or tiled ceilings. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden, by olive-groves and pergolas of grapevines. It is 200 m from the swimming pool and the Reception area. The guests can dispose of garden tables and chairs, a barbecue, deckchairs and sun umbrellas and relax in the garden while enjoying a breathtaking view of the countryside.
VILLA "FIENILE"
It is situated upon a hill rich in olive-groves and vineyards and it is in the middle of a lovely garden close to CERRETELLO. It is a beautiful detached villa which has been restored in Tuscan rustic style with terracotta floors and lovely arched windows and doors. It is 100 m from the swimming pool and the Reception area. Our guests can sunbathe in the garden, barbecue, or just sit outside and enjoy the breathtaking view of the countryside.

It is the ideal place for who is looking for peace and tranquillity. It is a secluded old farmhouse which has been restored and divided into 4 apartments in typically Tuscan rustic style. Surrounded by the deep green valley of trees and olive groves, it is approx. 500 m from the swimming pool and the Reception area that you can reach by walking up a footpath over a hillock of olive-groves. The garden that surrounds the house, with tables and chairs, a barbecue, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, is at the guest's disposal. NOTE: BELLAVISTA and LA VALLE make a good choice for a large family or party of up 6-8 people, as they are next to each other with an extra communal area with a great old fireplace.

Indipendent small villa, recently restructured in an antique style, typical of the Tuscany region, with wooden beams and mizzens. Internal intermediate floor with a winding staircase. Chimney and terra cotta floor tiles. Large arched windows for a better view of the panorama. Private garden and terrace, for moments of absolute relax and privacy for those seeking tranquillity. It was built on a small hill, with a spectacular view on the valley, near the I SOLI farm. Approximately 300 mt from the Swimming pool and Reception, it may be reached by means of a path surrounded by olive trees.
